Sliding Scale Pricing

for Kitchen Table Talks

As a small-sized consulting agency, we generate income from our consulting offerings. Our redistribution rates (see below) allow us to take care of ourselves, engage in research to keep improving our offerings, and offer accessible rates to individuals, projects, and organizations most impacted by larger systems.

We acknowledge that the work of creative individuals, projects, and organizations has been largely underfunded, underserved, and devalued, impacting their economic safety. This reality takes on a different shape depending on the intersectional identities of folks.

Thus, we offer sliding scale fees to individuals, teams, and organizations based on these premises and the criteria below. Please, keep in mind that these rates correspond only to our Kitchen Table Talks (Visioning, Strategy, & Management Consulting) service. The cost for our long-term consulting will depend on the nature of multiple factors and can only be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Our Kitchen Table Talks include:

  • We review your supporting materials before the scheduled consultation
  • We do quality research to provide you with the best input we can
  • We meet with you for 90 minutes to talk through your ideas, projects, or challenges
  • We provide actionable insights during the meeting informed by our decade-long experience
  • We prepare an after-consultation final document statement with an assessment and a strategic roadmap

This sliding scale model is inspired by the outstanding work of multiple actors and organizations, including Resource Generation, AORTA, and Both / And.
